These Terms govern your use of the Rehome iOS application (the "App") published by Yuzi ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What Rehome does
Rehome takes a photo you provide and a style you select, sends them to an AI image-generation service, and returns a new image that visualises the room in the chosen style. The result is an AI-generated rendering — not an architectural plan or a guarantee of how a real renovation would look or cost.
2. Your account and device
Rehome doesn't require an account. Your in-app entitlements (purchases, free quota, generated images) are tied to your device and Apple ID. You are responsible for the security of the device on which the App is installed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Submit photos that contain other people without their consent.
- Generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or API keys.
- Resell or sublicense access to the App or its outputs as a competing service.
We may suspend or revoke access (including in-app entitlements) for material breach of these rules.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Rehome offers three paid tiers: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing is shown in-app and on this site. All purchases are processed by Apple under the App Store's standard terms.
- Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple ID settings.
- Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Lifetime. The Lifetime tier is a one-time non-consumable purchase that grants access for as long as the App is offered and operable. It is not a guarantee of permanent service if the App is discontinued.
- Quota. Each tier includes a monthly redesign quota. Unused redesigns do not roll over.
5. Ownership of content
Your inputs. You retain all rights to the photos you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your redesign result and operating the App.
Your outputs. Subject to applicable law, you own the AI-generated redesigns produced for you and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, including printing, sharing, and presenting them to clients. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.
Our app. We retain all rights in the App itself, the brand, the mascot, the visual design, and the underlying software.
6. AI limitations
AI-generated images are creative interpretations. They may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or implausible details. They are not engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, or pricing advice. Do not rely on a redesign to estimate the cost or feasibility of real renovations — consult a qualified professional.
7. Third-party services
The App relies on Google's Gemini API for image generation and Apple's App Store and StoreKit for distribution and payments. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't promise the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific redesign will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuzi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (via Apple) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate the App or your access to it if we discontinue the service, if you breach these Terms, or if we are required to by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, when significant, communicated in-app on next launch. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
